Exhibition registration:
Fill out the "Exhibition Contract" and fax it to the organizing committee, which will arrange the booth uniformly.
Booth confirmation:
The exhibitor shall pay the booth fee within three working days after booking the booth and returning the exhibition contract, and the booth shall be officially confirmed upon payment.
Other rental fees, advertising fees, and other service fees must be paid in full within the specified time. If the organizer fails to meet the deadline, they have the right to adjust or cancel the booth, and the consequences arising from this shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Please report to the office of the Organizing Committee of Deqing International Convention and Exhibition Center with a copy of the exhibitor's business card, exhibition contract, and payment list. After the financial review and confirmation of full payment of the exhibition fees, the exhibition certificate and related materials can be collected. Special booth builders must go to the service hall of Deqing International Convention and Exhibition Center to pay the special decoration management fee, construction deposit, and obtain the "Exhibition Construction Certificate" before entering the venue for construction. If it is necessary to enter the construction site in advance (1-2 days) or work overtime at night, an application should be made to the service hall of the exhibition center in advance to complete the overtime procedures.
The security department of the exhibition hall will provide the "Exhibition Construction Permit" to enter the site for construction and decoration of the booth, and arrange exhibits with the "Exhibition Permit".
Exhibition details:
Exhibitors need to ensure that their exhibits fall within the product range of this exhibition. If there are products unrelated to the exhibition on site, the organizing committee will revoke their participation qualification and the booth fee will not be refunded;
Exhibitors must pay the booth fee within the specified time to ensure the confirmation of the booth location. Otherwise, previous applications will be deemed invalid, and the organizing committee has the right to allocate the booth separately;
Exhibitors shall not revoke or reduce the booth area after submitting the exhibition contract and confirming it, and shall fully pay all exhibition fees;
